What is Qur'an? Muslims believe that the Qur'an is words of God which He revealed to His last Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him).

This mod will be further updated and supported in 3.8 section, here

I've decided to share this mod upon the request of few users. This mod should work on 3.7 and 3.6. I don't know about 3.5 or lower versions.

Mod Description: This mod lets the users on your board read the Glorious Qur'an in Arabic and interpretation of the meaning in 25 different languages.

You can find the readme file in the attached file and vbseo version can also be found in the attached file.

Install time: approx 2-3 mins.

Question: Can you please translate this mod in language "A"?
Answer: This mod contains 25 different languages: Albanian, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Brazilian, Dutch, 3 English, Finnish, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Malaysian, Mexican, Polish, Portugese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Thai, Transliteration, Turkish, 2 Urdu. So, please do not request for a language if it can be found in this list.

-Display the Qur'an in Arabic and English interpretation of the meaning (by Imam Pickthall - May Allah have mercy on him).
-Longer Surahs are handled in multiple pages
-Jump to a Surah functionality

-Display Arabic text in charset UTF-8 instead of windows-1256
-Fixed bug: WOL (Who's online) not showing Surah's name

-Fixed SQL Injection and XSS flaws
-Added meaning of the Qur'aan in 24 different languages and 28 in total
-Added 2 Setting options
- Set default language for your forum
- Set number of ayaat to display on one page
-Added Different Colours for some of the languages
-User's selection of different languages is handled using AJAX

-Known Bugs and Limitations
- The Qur'aan (Arabic text) is fixed as default.
- Weird character maybe displayed for some of the languages
- Multiple Page selection destroys the use of AJAX; so users have to reselect the languages
if they were viewing the meaning of the Qur'aan in non-default languages.

^lol, bro did you un-comment the following lines, which I was using for testing purpose?

wow that was it bro!! lol I took out those lines and also had to add the div part you specified by echoing it out...I am attaching the actual file I used along with instructions for anyone wanting to use this with VBA (vbadvanced)

To Install:

1. Go to your admin panel and click on the vba panel to expand it

2. Click "Add Module"

3. Click [PHP File Module]

4. Now using your FTP program upload the attached file to /forum/modules/ directory (where the modules for vba are kept)

5. Back in your admin panel you will fill in the following details in the screen in front of you:
Module Title Random Quranic Verse
Active Yes
File to Include random_quran.php
Identifier rq
Templates Used leave empty
Clean File Output Yes
Use Module Wrapper Template No

6. Click "save" and then on the next screen you will be asked to choose a position for your module, I would recommend using it as a "center" block and thats it

try the attached file in this post bro. If you're going to update from 1.05 to 1.25 then follow the steps in the readme.txt file and then run this file using your browser and it will replace the utf-8 Arabic text with windows-1256.

^hmm..after the second look this seems a database issue, could be a server problem. Can you please run this SQL Query in your ACP (Admin Control Panel) and let me know the result

here x = your TABLE_PREFIX
