the reason no one answered is because this has been asked 48932 times prior to this. Use the mighty search feature with titles only and all mods and search for "country"or "male/female" and see if you can help yourself

I found numerous modifications that achieve this, that I'm not going to link to you because it doesn't teach you how to search.

In the search box type Country, Select All Mods from the next drop down, and the last drop down Select Titles only

I can't help because I don't understand what you want. If you want the gender hack, search for "gender" "all mods" "titles only". If you want the country hack, use "country" as the search term. Is there more to the question than that?

He/She want the 2 images combined by a hack which I think is ilogic to do...

Like:
- American Female
- American Male

Just look for the 'Flags' hack and double everything! names+flags

And that question should really be asked in the modification thread. I am guessing you simply want to change the result from the modification (text?) to an image which should be simple, but the modification thread is where to ask about this.

I saw a forum with this. probably I modify postbit_legacy so that the rank of the social groups is seen where I showed in the image
