Conditional problem

Hi,

Is there a conditional to see if the member is part of a usergroup and not the viewing member(<if condition="$post['usergroupid'] == 6"></if>)?

Not really making sense there. What member are you talking about? A post? A user profile?

I want to display a star behind a user which is a premium member on the whosonline bit.

But if the user is a buddy of somebody he also gets a star behind his name in another color.

Now I want to make it so that the user gets one star instead of two stars behind his name when he's a premium member and a buddy of the person who views.

It helps if when you says "Doesn't work" you then post exactly what you have done - template name, exact contents (in html tags), image links (so we can verify they work), whatever.
