I have backed up all of my files and created a database backup. I want to move my forum from site1.com to site2.com. How do I do that? I'm sure it's something stupidly simple. I just can't wrap my brain around it right now. I'm sure I have to change paths somewhere. Thanks!

Ok after you have backed up your files connect to the new ftp for site 2 then upload all of the files. Then use your control panel for your hosting and import the database. Make sure you update your config.php for the new database

If you're using the same server or database for both domains, it's as simple as making a few changes in your ACP, and just uploading the forums directory/files to your new ftp.

Simply Movie a directory of one domain to another (I mean all files inside your site1.com to all files directory of site 2) and than change congfig.php on site2.com and it should work fine.

If you are moving between two different servers, see the manual: Moving Servers.
