What is the code for me to put a RSS feed to a particular forum on my main page which isn't associated with vB? I know how to get the code, but I need to know how to actually put the feed on my main page. I also want to do it manually, I don't want to use a generator.

If you view that you see many blank boxes, I need my RSS content in there. Can someone please help me?
