dear all,

how can i know if the forum have license or not?

because, someone said to me that his forum have license but i do not know if he have license or not but he have Customer Number.

are this me that he have license or not and how i know?

please i need help...

If you aren't the owner, then you can't know. If you think they don't have a valid license, you can Report them for Piracy vbulletin will not discuss with you whether a site is licensed or not.
