What are games made with? · **Released**: 09-11-2008

What programming language are these arcade games made with? I'd assume something like flash or java. The reason I asked, if because a few friends of mine were interested in trying to make some games for our arcade and wanted to know the best way to go about doing it, and really, if we'd be allowed to do so at all.
