Looks good, it feels a little busy and may need a little more padding around forums / menus. Perhaps choose a second text color like light gray and use it for the forum descriptions and other things similar. Change the blue icon in the chat box to match (http://www.runescapeproject.com/foru...n/post_old.gif)

Find the stock vb icons for a dark background which can be found in the styles section somewhere. Remake the online / offline icons to match (http://www.runescapeproject.com/foru...er_offline.gif)

redo the poll bars to match (http://www.runescapeproject.com/foru...lls/bar2-l.gif)

Overall my main suggestion would be consider having some of the text white/gray instead of 99% orange.
