ah but what i'm saying is if your in contact with a certain member, then they go away and you have no knowledge of when they will return. Do you wait around to resolve such problem when they return which could be how long?
Or do you drag another mod into it. If you knew they were away for only a day or so then you would wait wouldn't you. But if they were away for 3 week you would get in contact with another member of staff.
