Hi guys
a few days ago we have changed our server and now some of our member or moderator can't upload any file and it will be an error ( upload failed ) can anyone help me ? |

AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Upload
Test to see if you can upload the file there. Copy & paste the results here if you get an error. |

Are the files that they are trying to upload larger than your 2 MB limit? Are there any errors in your error_log when they upload?

no some of our moderators upload less than 2 kB but still have error please help us

Where are attachments being stored this is due to restrictions being put in openbase_dir.
