I'm sure flaming other members is one good way to get an infraction. Stealing imagery is another, but you wouldn't know anything about that. In fact, let's just not go there, I'll make one more comment in your image submission of which you've flipped out about, and leave it at that. It's not my job to police this place, I just noted an extreme, no near exact replica of images with minor editing done to them.

As far as the thread question, personally I don't know, I've never got an infraction from here, I only get them from vb.com and yes I think there is some bias in the system, as bias is human nature. Some members the staff of either site naturally are going to like better than others, and as human as they are, they will sometimes have there decisions of warnings, infractions, and bans based upon that.

It's natural human behavior, no one is completely unbiased, unless you hate or love everyone incarnate.

On a sidenote, Shelly is a good designer, I like some of her image work that she's done. But when I seen that editor release you made after mine, I was very alarmed to see the similarities in images chosen if not the exact same one's in a different format. It looked good, but I kept thinking, strange how close it was to my design. Who knows, maybe we both have similar tastes.

However while off topic I have seen vbimageworks sell a skin to schoolconverse.com that used a copyrighted image, not made by them. It was the Network image used in the banner. Piracy of images is going to happen no matter what, and it's up to the original authors of said material or there attorneys to have it taken down. However reselling an style or design with a copyrighted image is illegal as you are using other creators artwork/design to enhance your income while offering the original artist no royalties. They might have changed there site design again, and it might not be there anymore, and vbimageworks might have had an agreement with the original creator of that image, but if not it's a crime. Again, I'm not a detective I just contacted the author months back when I seen it and advised him of both the design site and the site which the design was laid out on.
