Default Is this mod on vBulletin?

It's on IPB but I'm wondering does vBulletin have this?

Sorry for some of the dead links on that site. Its from the web archive this site is from a long long time ago.

What are we supposed to be looking at? You need to be more specific...

Have you tried the showgroups.php file? (Like this)

The member teams mod is a bit similar to showgroups.php as opserty said

Alright this is where you can view or join current teams.. you can create a team.. and make team forums pw protected and it will do it all automatically and it will be a child forum under we categorie u choose.

Well you can't really complain, like I said you need to be more specific.

Its like pointing to a modified car and saying "What mod is that?", maybe if you pointed to a wing mirror or a tinted window or something we can give you a better response...

You could do the "team" thing with a public joinable usergroup (or social groups?).

Don't think there exists anything for the forum thing though - I think also maybe a slight licensing issue as well with doing that - but I haven't come across a modification that does that anyway.

"social forum" is close for 3.7

its where members who have a certain amount of members in their social group (admin set) can start a sub forums of a category
