It's about 4 months old , I never promote and looks like the categories are not properly ordered , though the design is exactly standard for VB , please have a look and criticized . Thanks

Okay, from what I see, there are a few major problems with this forum, and they are that for one, the style is near default. This of course is offputting to new members, and does not help things such as activity or professionalism one bit. So for this aspect, I would suggest getting a custom style for the forum, or at the very least adding a premade to get rid of the default look.

Secondly, you have a pretty good member count, but an awful member posting rate. This again needs to be rectified, and from what I can see it's because you have both way too many forums and way too few posts for the forums, so fill up those forums with posts, and notify those members that the forum has been updated.

Thirdly, you need some extra stuff, just anything not found in the default that will inspire people to register at your forum rather than that of the thousands of competing forums in the webmaster niche. Maybe some unique services?

You do have a few positive aspects though. You have what looks to be a decent website drawing people to your forum, and I would suggest integrating it with the forum more in terms of style.

You have edited the FAQ, which I guess is a good thing, you have obviously tried to bring some activity to the forum as seen with your administrator account's post count, and I can't say much wrong about things like the domain name.

P.S. Get a better forum title, it looks rather spammy as just a bunch of keywords.

Oh, and while I'm reviewing:

The problem with inactivity partly also likely comes down to this one thing you've said in your review post, and that is:

I never promote

This is not good for forum activity or SEO, because at the moment, your site gets about a PR zero in Google and hence less people are finding your site and forum than should be finding it in Google and such like. I am no expert at marketing, or SEO, but you may want to find a guide to forum promotion and follow it.
