Is there a way so that Registered Users can only view other Registered Users Info & Profiles, and not be able to view the Moderators and Admins Info & Profiles?

You don't want members to be able to view Moderator or Admins profile pages at all?

I would think that this option would be available somewhere in the Admin CP.

There is the option for usergroups that will not allow them to see member pages, but there is not an option to only not allow them to see certain member's profiles.

I have it set up so members can view all profiles and guests and unlogged in users are automatically taken to an upgrade page with payment system.

I could maybe look into seeing if I could do something for your requirements.
