Well basically, I have a community site www.true2ourselves.com... currently, we're not using sub-domains for our various sections. However, I am considering changing our primary sections ("videos" and "forum") to sub-domains... but that would require a lot of work and I would only do it if I absolutely should.
As long as the site can be modified later to work on mult. servers in it's current format (sub-folders) then ill stick with that... but if the sub-folder setup is going to cause me a road block in the future, then I would probably change it now. I understand from your response that it is "more difficult" to work with sub-folders when branching to other servers... but is it still possible? Is it so difficult that I should change my entire setup now? Let's pretend the site is going to become very large.... Any help is appreciated, thanks. --------------- Added [DATE]1220306264[/DATE] at [TIME]1220306264[/TIME] --------------- Anyone..? |
