I have been searching high and low for any indication of the ability to restrict style selection by usergroup. I was sure it was a standard feature of vB but for the life of me cannot see it.

If anyone knows how or of a mod that does this for 3.7.x, please do let me know...

This has never been a default feature. I have seen some mdoifications released for this, so try a search.
