How do I make my site profile page for users look like this:

I have the default vB style, which ain't great for PM/ing.

It is the default vBulletin style (for 3.6

).

I thought this side was using vB 3.7.3 the most updated version.
So there is no way to change it to that unless I go 3.6?

Hopefully vB 4.0 will bring something more to the plate.
