Custom Profile Block Creation

How do you create a custom profile block?

Am tryin to install this mod from vb version 3.6
Adoptable Hack For vb 3.6 ( https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=118396 )

But am using vb 3.7 and I wanna create a custom profile block just for this adoptable section as in the template edit it says to add the adoptables hack to rite above the footer of the profile - I wanna set it up so that it is in it's own block in the center of the profile in the same area as the visitor messages, statistics, about me, etc. blocks

Can someone plz help me out here? Thanx in advance

Also, one last question, how can I add an additional nav bar to add additional links as time goes on?

i dunno how to do this nor do i understand all this techie talk...can someone please create an additional tab block on the profile page for me please? where all the vistor messages, stats, about me, and all that goes? please?
