No, it's not a mod. What I'm talking about it having both Vegan and Vegetarian being the sub-forums of Some Category and then just making it so the Vegetarian group doesn't show under that heading so when you click on the Click here to View all Threads button for the Category, nothing from the Vegetarian forum shows for the Vegans.
Go here - Community Discussions Now, if you click on the button here: Community Discussions: Click here to view the latest topics Now, if you click on that, you will get a list of all the threads in those forums *except* the forums you cannot see (like a Staff forum). I, however, will see the threads in the Staff forum because I can see that based on my usergroup. You can do something by having a Vegan usergroup that cannot see the Vegetarian forums. So when they click the link to see the threads, those Vegetarian threads won't show. But, if a Vegetarian clicks the link to see the threads, they will see threads in both the Vegan adn Vegetarian forums cuz they can see both those forums. |
