Colored Usergroup posts

Good afternoon a quick question.

How do you set it up so a user group when posts it will be a different color.

Example here.

You'll see the community manager has a blue highlighted color.

It looks like they just edited the template to put in another class instead of alt1 or alt2 depending on the usergroup. So, it's a template edit as far as I can tell.
