This is a really dumb question..lol
How do you make someone an Admin with full authority over a forum? I have never had to do this, and by me just adding the person to the Admin user group is not working, he only gets partial ability ? He sent me a screen shot of what all he is able to do, and its only Moderation , stats and logs, imports, and anouncements. Help would be great.. ty |

Go to Administrator Permissions from the Admin CP, and you can set what they can edit/change.

Add a Member to the Admin Group and go to:
ACP --> Usergroups --> Admin Permissions there you will find all permission setting. |

TY, I did that, but he still isnt able to do IP searches, or edit the Styles or add-plug-ins..Things like that ..

That's unusual then. I think there's an option for someone to be super admin somewhere, but I'm not quite sure.
