How can I do a site wide reputation reset?

Is it just updating the rep level and rep count in the user table and truncating the reputation table?

We reset rep to zero about a year ago for our members, but for the life of me I forget how we did it. I seem to remember it was a coding thing and not a standard VB edit.....Any help please people?
