i noticed another member was publishing all discussion on his other site.. and i want to do the same.. but cant find anny documentation on rss feed on vbulletin..

Are you talking about turning on RSS for your own site? vboptions > External Data Provider > Enable RSS Syndication

everything is enabled, but were is the feed? i dont see the RSS logo anywere...

You need to add some code to the templates or install a hack to have an RSS logo show up in places. If you want to see the feed, go to www.yoursite.com/external.php
