ive seen it on a number of forums, but cant for the life of me find a mod or tweak on here that will do it!!

Does one exist? thanks

Admin CP -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Username HTML Markup

You can put in any html that you want to wrap the usernames in.

Mine is:

in the left and

</s></font>

in the right.
