Is it possible to have two icons on the post bit, which the users can click on, a positive button and a negative button. Like these

It will greatly improve the use of the reputation system

It's possible, yes, but I don't believe there is a current modification that does that. If not, you're best bet is to move this to the requests forum. (Non-Paid or Paid depending on your interest.)
