we have it setup so it automatically sends each month and people get mad when it charges them again "without knowing" as they put it, but it's stated "Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring, this means after the period is complete it will automatically be renewed." in the payments.php page and i've even stated "At this time Subscriptions are recurring so, please be sure you want to purchase a Subscription". Even with those posted 2 people still wanted a refund.
so if we just ignore it from paypal they won't take the money from us and just close it after the time period? thanks for the info.
