rel="nofollow" on all links in forum? 3.6.7

How or what Mod do I need for Version 3.6.7 in order to automatically make all links on past and future posts/signatures contain the rel="nofollow"?

At the same time, I would like to make a specific usergroup where elite members can have the privilege of removing the "nofollow" tag from their signature links.

I downloaded this one: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...light=nofollow but I am noticing that some links on past posts do not have the "nofollow" tag on them.

I am also unsure of how to set up a usergroup where I can manually place my best members into the usergroup and allow that usergroup to post links without "nofollow" on them
