Downgrading...
Well this might sound a bit weird, but i actually want to downgrade to 3.9. I use 3.7 so its not that far off.
I heard that there is a way where you could save all your posts, threads and members, i heard it somewhere on vb.com but cant quite remember which thread it was :P So i was wondering, does anyone know how to do this? And also, will i be able to successfully install an older version of vb if i import posts etc, Any answers? |

You wil need to restore the backup made prior to upgrading.

Ok right, so like this....
Backup the database with the vb 3.7 users, posts etc. Then upload the 3.6.9 files and once installed, just restore the database? |

No, you can't use a database that was used with 3.7. You need to grab a database backup made when you were using 3.6 (which means you will lose any data made since you upgraded to 3.7).

You would need to restore both database and files.
