I'm still finding many of my users are getting the "score not submitted from this game" errors. So I have enabled debugging mode, and altered the error message to invite people to post their errors in a special thread....
I would be grateful if you could have a look, as it's driving people mad. Most often the gameids are just not being sent. In other cases the gameids don't match.
If you have to many games .swf files in the arcade folder..
The gamedata folder with everything inside gets deleted..
For most of the newest games to save score,,you need the gamedata folder,,plus the info files that goes with the game...
The arcade folder needs a games folder in it...one just for the .swf files...
I`m going to redo my arcade with a games folder...

I'm confused here...what causes the gamedata folder to get deleted?
I don't think this happened with mine, but I cannot check til later.
But would that cause the "score not submitted" error? I always thought missing gamedata files would just make the game stall or not load...
You can get the "score not submitted" error or game stalling..
I dont know what causes the gamedata folder to disappear..
I`ve had it happen a few times..
Then some games stop working right..Saving scores,,stalling or both..
Could be from installing to many games...lol..
Some servers have file limits per folder...
I just got done recoding my arcade...I put the game.swf files in its own games folder...
arcade/games
Now to test it out for a few days..
See if it helped out any...

Ok thanks...I shall check this and make sure, but I think mine's still there.

Same issue here and I don't think it's server related as manually putting everything back the way it was prior to the problem, worked. I'm scared to install additional games now.
Seems it occured during the Arcade Install New Game process or perhaps the extraction process.. (I know nothing of the tar format and if it could actually overwrite a folder...)
At any rate, loads of work for 1800 games so I'd recommend a healthy backup of the Gamedata folder. My bandwidth allotment is taxed!
so there is a reproducable connection between games missing their own data in /gamedata and the submission-problems ? Which errorcodes (ibProArcade Debug-Mode) are related to this ?

Well I have no gamedata files missing...all are present and correct.
I can't find any pattern at all in the errors I'm getting.
My main concern is the ones the GID is not being submitted and is just blank.
