Hi,

When the problem emerged after the upgrade from 3.6.8 to 3.7.1
The coding has become a forum for the body (???????)
and the basic code (cp1256_general_ci)

Do you find some solutions

You have given us a picture of your database in phpMyAdmin (I think?). It really isn't explaining what the vbulletin problem is. Perhaps an image on your forum would be helpful or more of a description of the problem since none of us can tell what the problem is *in your forums*.

I suggest you open a support ticket regarding this, as a lot of things need to be checked.

Sounds to me as if the upgrade changed the charset of some of the mysql tables... this would naturally cause some issues with displaying characters if the browser didn't support them.
