hello guys, I've a problem with my personal usergroup of collaborators, when I put the group to someone they are automaticly banned, and can't use for example, the subscriptions ...
does somebody now whats happening? how can I fix it? thanks so much |

How far does the ban extend? Can they see the board? See forums? See topics? Make posts? etc etc?
Check the usergroup permissions again and make sure that they won't limit users, as well as make sure it doesn't promote users to the Banned group. If all else fails, make a new usergroup based off of the Registered Users group and then edit the permissions to suit what you need. |

For what i See, the ban just affect the subscriptions, and is indefined, and if y unban them, they lose te usergroup, i guess i'll have to make a new usergroup, thanks!

Go into your usergroup and make sure "This group is a Banned group" is set to "No."
