SMF to Vbulletin

How do I convert SMF to Vbulletin? Like get my members and posts from SMF, and put them on Vbulletin?

A full licensed copy of vbulletin also gives you access to a program called ImpEx which can import boards into vbulletin.

Oh k, nvm. And, how do I do step 3? Do you modify config.php? And do details in there, like DB stuff?

You modify config.php as instructed to add database information and such like.
