images section in vb

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a section to my forum where I can upload images to it.

Here is what I'm looking for:

I would like a section in my forum, where I can upload images distribute them into different categories.
Only registered users will be able to view the full image and They will also be allowed to search the image section to find a specific images.
Un-registered users will be able to search and only view thumbnails. in order for them to view the full image, they would need to become a member.
When I upload the images, I can add tags to them so they pop up when a certain keyword is put in search.
Users can leave comments if they desire.
And also in this section, only mods or admins will be allowed to upload the images.

I know about the albums, but I don't think you can search for a specific picture.

So if such a mod or addon exits let me know, I would really appreciate that.
