Default Merging several old wbb (burning board) and vbulletin forums to one vB 3.7.2

I hope I posted my request in the right sub-forum.

I used several different forums for my clan over the last couple of years, and I want to merge all those forums to one vbulletin 3.7.2

The main forum we use now is a woltlab burning board 2.3.6, which according to Impex, could be imported to vbulletin.

However I have some old forums that I would like to merge as well:
- one vbulletin 2.2.6
- one vbulletin 2.2.9
- one woltlab burning board 1.1.1

I did not find converters for those old forums. There's a user-made converter that can import the wbb 1.1.1 in an empty vbulletin 2.2.x, but even if I did that, I then would be stuck with three old vbulletin 2.2.x and one wbb 2.3.6.

Does anyone have an idea how I can merge all these forums?

Not sure about the 1.1.1 burning board. You might want to look into upgrading that first to a version supported by ImpEx.

About the vB 2.2 boards almost the same. Upgrade 1 all the way until 3.7.2. Upgrade the other to a vB version that is supported by ImpEx and merge it with the first board.

Thank you for your reply, I'm afraid I have some further questions.

1.) So I can definitely import other vbulletin boards with impex?
2.) Where can I check out the exact versions of vbulletin and wbb supported by ImpEx, so that I know to what version I have to upgrade the old forums in order to be able to merge them.
3.) All of my forums have plenty of users that are registered on more than one of the forums. What happens to these identical user accounts when my four boards are merged? Does ImpEx prefix them somehow, so that I can merge those accounts in the ACP later?

1. Yes.
2. The vBulletin Manual (Appendix 5: ImpEx).
3. ImpEx prefixes all duplicated usernames with "imported_".

3) By default ImpEx will create a 2nd user account prefixed if a username is already in use and the email addresses do not match. If the both name and email do match the accounts are merged.
