Is there any way to place "Moderator Messages" inside members' posts(when needed) which won't be editable by members(who are junior to the moderator)....
An Example from MyBB board: ![]() I know it can be achieved by some BBCODEs...but there is a big issue, in my forum I can't resist people from editing their posts, so when they edit a post(which was given warning by a mod through bbcode) the bbcodes become useless. I don't know if it is the right place to ask...but many people have asked about problems, so I am placing my query here too. |

you can simply disable post edit to your members, ... usergroup permissions...

I have at the moment
Threads: 73,374, Posts: 459,724, Members: 585,744 I can't just disable post edits all of a sudden! The main idea of my forum will get lost if I do such thing. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion, but as I said in my first post I can't afford to do that, so an other way would be very much helpful. |
