Colours are a little bold for my taste but I've seen worse and this is not a bad effort. Seeing as the header is fixed this is what you want the whole forum set as. You'll have to go into the navbar template and set the appropriate size for the navbar so it sits flush alongside the header.

You'll also need to go into the main css and set the width in pixels so the forum is flush with everything and that certain areas of the forum are not to short in width or expanded out to far.

You'll also need to set the footer to the correct size to resolve the breakage.

With regards to the logo it looks a little bare/barren and I would fill this with nice cartoonish type imagary. Don't be afraid to experiment and impliment some high quality relevent images.

Also change the default stock images still lurking throughout your board and even though it looks overly bright for my taste you have the luxury and satisfaction of saying that all default images/icons are custom.
