Default Problem with uploading avatar-prof. picture
hi i am trying to upload an avatar or a profile picture and vbulletin shows me "Upload of file failed." I must add any product???plz explain as much as you can....

P.S. Permissions are all on and the filesize (pixels etc) are checked!!!!

Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics

I done it and the result "The attached file's temporary location (C:\\php5\\uploadtemp\\phpB98.tmp) could not be found. The test cannot continue."

It seems like a server-caused error. I would suggest contacting your host.
