Well, I tried to get this cleared up with the folks at vBulletin.com, but they were a little more than unhelpful...

Anyways, for some reason, I seem to be having trouble with the permissions box under the forums and the page navigation being out of place:

I've installed a few plugins, none of them changing the display of forums at all. I have mode NO edits to the forum display templates. This is pretty much the standard vBulletin layout with a custom CSS.

Hmm, I compared that section of the code on your custom skin to one on a default style and they seem almost identical. So I am a bit stumped
