Hello, how can i make it so users can only off-link to other sites to set avatars? I want the upload feature to be turned off. Is there an option for this? or do i have to do it through template?

Avatars are always uploaded to the board. Offsite hosted images can bring page loads to a crawl if a few users host their avatars on slow hosts.
