New Post Link Goes to Empty White Page?
When you click on the navbar link for the "New Posts" or the one within the "Quick Links" it goes to an empty white page with no source code at all.
I also get this white page when clicking on "Advanced Search" within the Search feature on the navbar. Any ideas what would cause this? This is what the link goes to. http://www.********.com/forum/search.php?do=getnew Thanks! |

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. If your problem still exists, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options. |

Thanks for your reply.
I do not have any hacks or plug ins installed other than a new banner up top and changing colors through the Admin Panel. Everything else is straight code. If I upload the VBulletin files again, would I lose data or posts or anything like that? I noticed when I click new posts on this forum I get : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/search.php?searchid=9360457 But on mine, the finished link in the address bar is the same as before clicking. Does that shed in clue? Before visiting the page: http://www.********.com/forum/search.php?do=getnew After visiting the page: http://www.********.com/forum/search.php?do=getnew |

And it is only with the pages listed above. The rest of the forum is perfect. |
