Move login window

Hi there!

Im trying to figure out where in the magnificent v-bulletin code i need to make adjustments to be able to move the login window (the one in the upper right corner) to another place on my page and also the part where i can move the "Welcome administrator......."-text. Does any one have the knowledge of this?

Thanks! But where do i find the navbar? Iv been through all the xml's without success.. Im using the default style at the moment if that might help you

The second question i had was regarding the information window up to the right when you are logged in where it says "Welcome $user, you last visited 2008-06-29, number of PM's etc etc... i wish to move that part too
