Ok I have tried everything from clearing my cashe and cookies to rebooting my comp, nothing. I try to login into my admin pannel. It redirects me to the login page, again and again, the password is correct that's not it. and a friend of mine could login without anyproblems at all.

What could this be?

Please upload tools.php from the 'do_not_upload' folder of your vBulletin distribution to your admincp directory. Now point your browser to admincp/tools.php.

Reset the cookie Domain and Path to the default values.

Once your problem is fixed please remove tools.php again from the server.

If this does not solve your problems, please clear your browser cookies and cache, restart your browser and try again.

I'm having the same problem, but I tried uploading the tools.php, reset admin permissions, cleared cookies, cleared cache and still no luck.

Any more ideas?

You need to reset the cookie domain/path as well.
