How can I go about transferring all my members, posts, threads, forums to my new server with 3.7.2 running on it? I am an alright coder and understand most things in web development. So I am sure someone can explain it to me in any terms. I don;t want any of my modifications from 3.6.10 to go with this transfer just mainly my users, posts, threads, forums, ect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
