I have had some users reporting that they can't see or set their signatures. Indeed even if they set up a signature, it is not displayed.
No reason for that in the backend as far as I understand... Even when i set a signature for them, it is not displayed at all. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Best regards... |

Do these users have the signatures turned off through User CP -> Edit Options -> Visible Post Elements? Not sure if it disables their signature also.

Not as far as I know. They have this issue since their registration (their saying...)...

Signatures are cached if I am correct they will not instantly appear on their posts.

The "Show your signature" box must be checked when posting for signatures to show. It is only checked automatically if you have a signature. You can "tick" this box for all current posts by running this query:
[sql]UPDATE post SET showsignature = 1[/sql] |

Dismounted this fixed the issue. Thanks a lot!
