Hello, I wanted to allow my users to change their username instead of asking admins to change it for them whenever they want to change it.

Is there a modification to do this? These name changes are taking a lot of administrator time away from improving the site.

I should have mentioned I have 3.7.1 and soon the PL2 release. That is for 3.5.X. I saw that one already
