I want to apply E-Mail Banning only at the time of Registration.This may improve the functionality in terms of E-Mail Banning.

When the registered user edits and updates the e mail ID then it should not apply the banning.

Can I achieve this functionality??? If so how????

This would need a modification, but i never have seen something like this released.
