I have been using the subscription system for about a year. This allowed us to easily manage members and access. For the past couple months we have been having trouble with people who pay on time according to paypal logs and forum transaction logs. Instead of the forum updating their subscription to the premium they paid for it lets it lapse to the default usergroup. We thought that is them members affected with this problem took out a new subscription the problem could be fixed. It has not worked yet and new members are now we are seeing it happen to new users. If there is anyone out there having the same trouble "thank god I'm not alone" and if some one knows what is causing the problem please help.

As this is a standard vBulletin feature - start a thread over @ vB.com, they will better assist you with those standard features.

Firstly, try disabling any modifications relating to subscriptions.
