Yes, It finally happens.

I have finally created my "First" ever modification to do with code, so please go easy on me.

This modification will put a Terms & Conditions page on your website.

Time to install: 1 minute
Level : Easy
Template Edit: 1
Plugins To Import: 1
Queries Ran: 0
File Upload: 1

This has been tested on:

3.6.8
3.7 (beta 2)
3.7 (beta 3)

I suggestion for you: Add phrase system, auto-template and cache of template.

Isn't this kind of pointless as there is already a TOS when you first register?

This allows you to enforce it to users.

If someone is misbehaving, you just show them that link..

The vbulletin options state:

"If you have a privacy statement, enter the URL here"

This saves that.

I have create a cache template, auto-template for Tos button, Where online phrase and location. Now need to create phrase for tos message, with this is possible to write in some langs.. thanks for works

That's a privacy statement, different from Terms and Conditions.
