Is there a mod that allows you to make sure posters read the board rules before they post? That they must agree to the board rules. Sorry if this makes no sense as I have had maybe about 1 hour of sleep in the last 48 hours.

Also, I have this mod on my site that I don't know how to get rid of. Can anyone tell me where to find this? This text is placed on peoples profiles before you leave a visitor message:

"Report" =/= "Reply". If you wish to reply to a visitor message, don't click "Report". To reply you must click "View Conversation" under the post you wish to reply to, and it will take you to a page which consists only visitor messages posted by you on his/her profile and vice versa. Simply reply by typing in your message in the message box at the top of the screen. If you just want to post a new message to anyone, just type in the text box on this page and click 'Submit'."
