it doesnt matter what usergroup it is. They can even be guests.
A tip - open a browser window and go to who's online. Minimize the window and forget about it. The refreshing of it happens automatically and it keeps all you scheduled tasks ticking over. Once your site has more activity then you can stop doing this. Its just a little cheat but it can be very handy!
